One HAS to know that there are angels EVERYWHERE!! Ones that watch from above and ones that are right here and walking the Earth. One of these angels showed up on our doorstep this evening. She is the mother of one of Jimmy's childhood friends, Shaunda Yarnell. Shaunda and her mother, Julie Bennett, stopped by this evening and gave us a wonderful gift of $2000.00 for Jimmy's continuing journey toward being healthy & cancer-free!! Seems that Shaunda has been sharing Jimmy's story with her mom. Julie and her husband, Bill Bennett- whom owns Wild Bills Welding Fabrication thought enough of us to personally have the check delivered to our home. I just found out that Patrick, my significant other, (I hate the word boyfriend at this point of my life- WEIRD) uses this company quite often from his place of employment. Weird how small the world is AND just how many angels are all around us!! I am just sorry that Julie didn't get to meet Jimmy yet as he was knocked out with his chemo treatment today. They are planning a return visit next Thursday to meet Jimmy and speak with him in person. I look forward to that! Thank you to EVERYONE for EVERY-THING that you have done and continue to do no matter how small YOU think it may be... it is HUGE to us!! We can NEVER be able to thank each and every one of you personally NOR enough for all that has been coming our way, but we can sure try....
